In present indefinite negative sentence, ‘do not / does not’ is used before first form of verb. Does comes only when subject is third person singular otherwise in all cases ‘do ’ is used.
When ‘Does’ is used in Present Indefinite Tense, then ‘s/es’ is not added with the Verb because ‘Does’ is made after adding ‘es’ with ‘do’ (Do + es = Does).
प्रेसेंट इन्डेफिनेट नेगेटिव टेन्स में ‘Do/Does’ और वर्ब की फर्स्ट फ़ॉर्म का प्रयोग होता है । Does तभी लगाते हैं जब वाक्य का सब्जेक्ट थर्ड पर्सन सिंगुलर हो । ‘Does’ का प्रयोग करने के बाद, वर्ब के साथ ‘s/es’ नही लगाते हैं क्योंकि ‘Does’ शब्द ‘Do’ में ‘es’ जोड़ने (Do + es = Does) से बना है ।

Present Indefinite Interrogative sentence starts with ‘Do / Does’. In Present Indefinite Interrogative and Negative sentence, ‘not’ is added just before ‘verb’. Question Mark (?) is affixed at the end of sentence in place of Full Stop (.).
इसका प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य अंग्रजी में ‘Do/Does’ से शुरु होता है । इसके इंटेरोगेटिव और नकारात्मक वाक्यों में ‘Not’ को वर्ब से पहले लगाया जाता है । वाक्य के अंत में फुल स्टाप (.) से स्थान पर प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह (?) लगाया जाता है ।
