After which, the person will need to send a\u00a0train number on this number through\u00a0WhatsApp, and details of the respective train will be provided. However, passengers must note that it may take some time to get updates as the server might be busy. But they can look out for blue ticks to know if the server has received the message.<\/p>\n<p>Further, a\u00a0tool has been developed\u00a0which now lets you confirm your railway ticket status. The\u00a0Minister of State of Railways\u00a0(GoI), Rajen Gohain in a written statement to the Rajya Sabha on Friday\u00a0confirmed that a tool had been developed\u00a0which will help in predicting the\u00a0probability of a wait-listed ticket getting confirmed\u00a0when the ticket is being booked as well as during PNR enquiry of the wait-listed ticket.<\/p>\n<p>This new feature has been incorporated in the\u00a0Indian Railway Catering\u00a0and Tourism Corporation\u00a0(IRCTC) website\u00a0and has been in operation since June\u00a0this year.
