Only confirmed or RAC tickets are permitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Waiting list cap is now 25%<\/strong> of berth capacity per class (excluding quotas for disabled, women, etc.). Tatkal\/Pooled queues included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd59 Tatkal Booking Rules<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tatkal quota opens one day before departure<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>AC classes: <strong>10\u202fAM<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2S\/SL: <strong>11\u202fAM<\/strong> (by source station calendar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>From 1 July 2025<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aadhaar authentication (via OTP)<\/strong> is mandatory for online, offline, and agent bookings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agents barred from booking for the first 30 minutes<\/strong> of the Tatkal window (10\u201310:30\u202fAM AC, 11\u201311:30\u202fAM non-AC).<\/li>\n<li><strong>One Aadhaar-linked user per train<\/strong> allowed during the first 30 minutes (helps curb misuse).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tatkal tickets are non-refundable<\/strong> unless the train is cancelled or delayed by more than 3 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>\ud83d\udc65 Quotas &amp;
