While 16 passenger carrying trains have been speeded up over NFR, arrival\/departure timings of 67 trains have been changed at various stations.<\/p>\n<p>The trains whose journey times have been reduced between 5 minutes to 30 minutes includes important trains like 15909 Dibrugarh \u2013 Lalgarh Awadh Assam Exp, 12504 Agartala \u2013 Bangalore Cantt. Humsafar Exp, 13174 Agartala \u2013 Sealdah Kanchanjunga Exp, 15626 Agartala \u2013 Deoghar Exp, 15630 Silghat Town \u2013 Tambaram Nagaon Exp, 15418 Silghat Town \u2013 Alipurduar Jn Rajya Rani Exp, 13245 New Jalpaiguri \u2013 Rejendranagar Capital Exp, 13034 Katihar \u2013 Howrah Exp, 15631 Barmar \u2013 Guwahati Exp. etc.<\/p>\n<p>Arrival \/ Departure timings at Guwahati have been changed for trains like 22502 New Tinsukia \u2013 Bengaluru Exp, 20503 Dibrugarh \u2013 New Delhi Rajdhani Exp, 20505 Dibrugarh \u2013 New Delhi Rajdhani Exp, 12423 Dibrugarh \u2013 New Delhi Rajdhani Exp, 20501 Agartala \u2013 Anand Vihar Rajdhani Exp,15960 Dibrugarh \u2013 Howrah Kamrup Exp, 14055 Dibrugarh \u2013Delhi Brahmaputra Mail, 15903 Dibrugarh \u2013 Chandigarh Exp,15933 Dibrugarh \u2013 Amritsar Exp,15909 Dibrugarh \u2013 Lalgarh Awadh Assam Exp, 13174 Agartala \u2013 Sealdah Kanchanjunga Exp etc.<\/p>\n<p>Departure timings of 12346 Guwahati \u2013 Howrah Saraighat Exp has been changed at Guwahati. The departure timings from New Jalpaiguri of 13245 New Jalpaiguri \u2013 Rejendranagar Capital Exp &amp; 15722 New Jalpaiguri \u2013 Digha Paharia Exp has been changed. The departure time from Alipurduar Jn of 13150 Alipurduar \u2013 Sealdah Kanchan Kanya Express has also been changed. The departure time of 13034 Katihar \u2013 Howrah Express from Katihar has also been changed. Revised Timings<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Departures of <strong>24 express trains<\/strong> have been rescheduled for better alignment with passenger convenience:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Jalpaiguri \u2013 New Delhi Express (12523)<\/strong> now departs at <strong>08:45<\/strong> from New Jalpaiguri<\/li>\n<li><strong>Silchar \u2013 Thiruvananthapuram Central Express (12508)<\/strong> now leaves <strong>Silchar at 19:30<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, schedule revisions apply to <strong>16 intra-zonal mail\/express trains<\/strong> and <strong>23 DEMU trains<\/strong>, enhancing connectivity across the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Restoration of Pre-COVID Train Numbers<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NFR has restored the <strong>original train numbering system<\/strong>\u2014removing the \u20180\u2019 prefix added during the COVID period\u2014for <strong>60 passenger train pairs<\/strong>, effective from January 2025.
