The birth anniversary of Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi on 20th August is observed as \u201cSadbhavana Diwas\u201d every year.<\/strong> The theme of Sadbhavana is to promote National Integration and Communal Harmony among people of all religions, languages and regions. The idea behind observance of \u201cSadbhavana Diwas\u201d is to eschew violence and to promote goodwill among the people. This year, the Sadbhavana Pledge taking ceremony will be observed on 20th August, 2025.<\/p>\n

2. All Ministries \/ Departments \/Organizations are, therefore, requested to organize an appropriate function wherein all employees be associated and \u201cSadbhavana Pledge\u201d be administered. The text of the pledge is given over-leaf.<\/p>\n
