Board\u2019s letter No. 2005\/RS(G)\/779\/1 dated 16.10.2008<\/p>\n<p>With a view to simplify the procedure and expedite the process of procurement of \u2013 non-stock items, Board has reviewed the existing procedure for preparation of non-stock demands\/requisition. In super session of earlier instructions on the matter, revised delegation for signing of non-stock demands\/requisition, and requirement of essentially is as under:<\/p>\n<table class=\"csdtable\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"36\">s.
