    • If the consignee possesses the necessary technical capacity, pre-inspection may be conducted internally<\/strong> by an officer not below Senior Scale<\/em> (preferably at the supplier\u2019s premises), before dispatch<\/li>\n
    • However, in cases where the technical expertise or specialized facility is lacking at the consignee level, even orders under \u20b91 lakh<\/strong> should still undergo pre-inspection by RDSO or RITES<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
