Ref: This office letter No 2025\/Trans\/01\/Policy dated 26.10.2025<\/p>\n

Vide reference above, Model Schedule of Powers (SOP) was issued in October, 2025.<\/p>\n

2. The document has been revised with the approval of Board (FC & CRB) and \u201cModel SOP 2025\u201d is being issued. It supersedes the Model SOP of October 2025. A copy of the Model SOP 2025 has been uploaded on website http:\/\/www.indianrailwavs.gov.in\/railwavboard\/ for implementation.<\/p>\n

3. This issues with the concurrence of Associate Finance of Transformation Cell.<\/p>\n

    • Corrigendum Slip No. 10<\/strong>, issued in September 2025, added crucial delegation\u2014for procurement of services via GeM (Government e-Marketplace)<\/strong>. It empowers zonal authorities (GMs\/DRMs) to approve exceptions only if justified, maintaining alignment with transparency and financial norms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
