Avoid any unlawful arguments and disquieting the beauty of tour programme.<\/li>\n<li>There may be changes in sightseeing that may be caused due to situations which may arise &amp; the same has to be adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>You should carry an Identity Card (Voter Card, Driving License, Pan Card, Passport or any Govt. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generic preventive measures:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The generic measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all supporting staff and tourists during tour package services at all times.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adequate Physical distancing to be followed as far as feasible.<\/li>\n<li>Use of face covers \/ masks to be made mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible like train \/ transport \/ stay etc.<\/li>\n<li>Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one\u2019s mouth and nose while coughing \/ sneezing with a tissue \/ handkerchief \/ flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.<\/li>\n<li>Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to Tour Manager and IRCTC helpline.<\/li>\n<li>Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Installation &amp; use of Aarogya Setu App. shall be advised to all (supporting staff &amp; tourists).<\/li>\n<li>The guest shall be encouraged to carry limited luggage while going on tour and those luggage should be compulsorily sanitized before taking back to the train. The security staff engaged for the coaches shall be held responsible for the sanitization of hand baggage and luggage carried by the guests.<\/li>\n<li>Tourist should wash their hands and feet with soap and water before entering any religious premises.<\/li>\n<li>Proper disposal of face covers \/ masks \/ gloves left over by visitors and \/ or employees should be ensured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Safety Guidelines- IRCTC staff &amp; Tourists:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following information must be displayed in the booking portals IRCTC and same to be advised by the booking agents at their premises for knowledge of guests before undergoing any package booking:-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Persons above 65 year age, person with comorbidities, pregnant woman and children below the age of 10 years are advised to stay at home.<\/li>\n<li>Only asymptomatic staff and guests shall be allowed to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Declaration at the time of commencing the trip that the guest does not have Covid-19 infection. The health declaration form for taking consent about the same is attached as Annexure.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking that the guest will abide to the directions of IRCTC to control the spread of Covid-19.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Do\u2019s &amp; Don\u2019ts list:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A list containing Do\u2019s &amp; Don\u2019ts may be sent two day in advance from the date of journey \/ commencement of trip via e-mail \/ SMS and hardcopy may be given to each tourist at the time of boarding with following points-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Installation &amp; use of Aarogya Setu App. by all (Staff &amp; tourists).<\/li>\n<li>Tourist should wear face mask and hand gloves.<\/li>\n<li>Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible.<\/li>\n<li>Luggage should be disinfected at reception \/ boarding point, ensure use of gloves while handling of luggage.<\/li>\n<li>Tourists are advised to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with their hands.<\/li>\n<li>All tourists have to abide to the mandatory health advisories issued by the States \/ Local administration which they are visiting.<\/li>\n<li>The guidelines issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, DGCA and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare regarding COVID- 19 on time-to-time basis may also be followed for better understanding of the COVID- 19 situation in the country.<\/li>\n<li>Tourist should avoid using other tourist\u2019s phone, water bottle, umbrella etc as much as possible.<\/li>\n<li>Social distancing to be followed during boarding \/ de-boarding of train \/ any other transport, monuments &amp; pilgrim places visit, group lunches \/ dinners etc.<\/li>\n<li>Loitering and crowding should be avoided in train corridors, gates, cabins, hotels \/ dharmashala etc.<\/li>\n<li>All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in train, tourist places, buses, hotels \/ dharamshala etc.<\/li>\n<li>Touching of statues \/ idols \/ holy books etc. not allowed in religious \/ tourist places.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid physical contact while greeting each other.
