Detailed Project Report (DPR) was made for Errupalem \u2013 Namburu via Amaravati single line (56.53 km) with an assessed cost of Rs.1732.56 crore. The project was sent to NITI Aayog for appraisal. NITI Aayog had suggested approaching State Government for cost sharing of this new line project. However, Government of Andhra Pradesh has not agreed for cost sharing.
