As per survey report, the Rate of Return (ROR) of the project was (-) 11.95%. Second survey from Bongaigaon (near Jogighopa) to Agthori (near Guwahati) via Lengtisinga-Barpeta-Hajo-Sarthebari (136 km) was completed in 2025-18. As per Survey report, the ROR of the project was (-) 8.18%.
