          Step 1: Obtain Required Documents<\/h3>\n

          2. Photo Identity Proof<\/strong> (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)<\/li>\n
          3. Proof of age and address<\/strong>, along with 2 passport-sized photographs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          4. UDID (Unique Disability ID)<\/strong> may help but is not sufficient alone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Step 2: Visit the DRM Office<\/h3>\n

            • Apply in person at the DRM office, submitting documents and stating:
              \n\u201cApplication for issue of Railway Identity Card for person with hearing and speech impairment.\u201d<\/li>\n
            • The commercial inspector verifies your documents before proceeding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Step 3: Collect Railway Divyangjan ID Card<\/h3>\n

              • Once verified, the DRM office issues a Railway Divyangjan Photo ID Card<\/strong> with an 11-digit concession ID number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Your original concession certificate is then endorsed and devalidated. Only the ID Card remains valid for future concessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
