There are a lot of impressive entries in the genre, but the general feeling among gamers is that they would like a bigger pool to choose from. If you too feel the same, then you will surely be delighted with the entry of the upcoming horror game- Unholy.<\/p>\n
There is not much known about unholy except that it is a horror game where you will take on the role of Saidah. She is a mother on the hunt for her child who seems to have been abducted by supernatural forces. After all, in the trailer for the game, you will find that there is a grimy and spooky-looking empty cradle.<\/p>\n
But you won\u2019t be hunting for the child on earth. You will be transported to another planet. The last city, there seems to hold the secrets to your child\u2019s abduction. It looks like the cradle will be the pathway to this other planet. After all, in the trailer, the location changes once you interact with the cradle. As in, you seem to get transported to a more dark and grimy castle-like place. There you will encounter ghosts and ghouls in the quest to find your missing child.<\/p>\n
One gameplay trailer has been released till now, which shows first-person gameplay. It seems like you will be solving a lot of mysteries on your way to the castle. In fact, from the trailer, it seems like you will have trouble finding a way to the castle. The castle itself seems to be covered with vines and roads. Also, it looks like there are a lot of roads that lead nowhere.<\/p>\n
Of course, until and unless the game releases, there is no way to check if the gameplay is as smooth as is shown in the trailer. But it must be said that the graphics in the trailer are amazing. It is being said that Unholy is the best offering when it comes to horror video game graphics. With such graphics, immersion in the gameplay should be smooth and problem-free. This will allow you to experience the terrors and scares better.<\/p>\n
As for the challenges, your main objective is to find your missing child. But there seems to be another mission here and that is to topple an oppressive regime. It is this regime that determines your social class. So it seems like there will be a lot of layers to this game.<\/p>\n

In the trailer, there is a mask that you will find while entering a castle-like place. So it seems like you will have to collect objects and clues to find your child or know more about the regime.<\/p>\n
Unholy seems like a game that will change the horror genre. With great visuals and what looks to be superb gameplay, the game should sweep everyone off their feet. Make sure to grab a copy when it releases.<\/p>\n
