Hardly people know that her real name is not Tabu but Tabassum Fatima Hashmi and she belongs to an Islamic family.\u00a0She is considered as one of the most accomplished actresses in India.<\/p>\n

She did her film only at the age of 14, although she has not done any course for acting, but even today she is included in one of the best actresses.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Birth and Early Life of Tabu<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tabu aka Tabassum Fatima Hashmi was born on 4 November 1971 in the family of father Jamal Hashmi and mother Rizwana.<\/p>\n

When Tabu was young, her parents got divorced.\u00a0She hates her father ever since her father left her and never wants to see him again in her life.\u00a0For them his mother is his father.<\/p>\n

He was born in a teacher’s family.\u00a0His father Jamal Hashmi was an actor and mother was a school teacher. His maternal grandparents were retired professors who ran a school.\u00a0His grandfather, Mohammad Ahsan, was a mathematics professor, and his grandmother was a professor of English literature.<\/p>\n

Due to no connection with the film world, he got the opportunity to act in films very late.\u00a0His only hope was his aunt Shabana Azmi, then a film actress.<\/p>\n
