{"id":6837,"date":"2019-12-11T08:18:03","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T08:18:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irctcportal.in\/?p=6837"},"modified":"2019-12-11T08:18:03","modified_gmt":"2019-12-11T08:18:03","slug":"progress-of-kishangarh-parbatsar-railway-line","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reilsolar.com\/irctc\/progress-of-kishangarh-parbatsar-railway-line\/","title":{"rendered":"Progress of Kishangarh-Parbatsar Railway Line"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p><strong>Progress of Kishangarh-Parbatsar Railway Line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>GOVERNMENT OF INDIA<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>LOK SABHA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UNSTARRED QUESTION NO: 3781<\/p>\n<p>ANSWERED ON: 11.12.2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Progress of Kishangarh-Parbatsar Railway Line<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hanuman Beniwal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Will the Minister of RAILWAYS be pleased to state:-<\/p>\n<p>(a) Whether the Government has any plans for the physical and financial approval of survey conducted by the Railways regarding laying railway line from Pipar to Mundwa via Bhopalgarh-Asop-Sankhwas for providing direct connectivity between Jodhpur to Nagaur in Rajasthan;<br \/>\n(b) If so, the details thereof; and<br \/>\n(c) The action plan of the Government for the further progress of the approved railway line from Kishangarh to Parbatsar in Rajasthan?<\/p>\n<p><strong>ANSWER \u2013 MINISTER OF RAILWAYS AND COMMERCE &amp; INDUSTRY (SHRI PIYUSH GOYAL)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(a) &amp; (b): Survey for construction of new railway line from Pipar Road-Bhopalgarh-Asop-Shankwas-Nagour was completed in 2014-15. As per survey report, the cost was assessed as Rs.293 crore with the negative rate of return of 9.46%. Project could not be taken forward as the project is financially unviable. Further, an updating survey for construction of new railway line from Pipar Road-Bhopalgarh-Asop-Shankwas-Mundwa-Nagour (96.00 Km) has been completed during 2018-19. As per the survey report, the construction cost of new line has been assessed as Rs.339.92 crore with a negative rate of return of 9.22%.
