The details are as under:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IRCTC Concession Rules and IRCTC Concession Percentage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>IRCTC Concession Rules For Disabled Passengers, Patients, Senior Citizens, Awardees, War Widows, Students, Youths, Sports persons and Kisans Explained<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>I. Disabled Passengers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Orthopaedically Handicapped \/ Paraplegic persons who cannot travel without escort \u2013 for any purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75% in 2nd, SL, 1st Class, 3AC, AC chair Car<\/li>\n<li>50% in 1AC and 2AC<\/li>\n<li>25% in 3AC &amp; AC Chair Car of Rajdhani \/ Shatabdi trains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.
