CIRCULAR<\/p>\n

Sub: Fire Safety Protocol-Switching off Electrical equipment while leaving office<\/b>-Reg:<\/p>\n

All officers and staff of Railway Board are requested to ensure switching off all electric\/electronic equipments and appliances (including lights, fans UPS, Window ACs, Exhaust fan, Photostat Machine etc.) before leaving their respective Offices and Branches.<\/p>\n

2. Electric Hot Cases \/ Kettles wherever available, are to be switched off immediately after use.<\/p>\n

3. Concerned ED \/ JS level officer to monitor compliance of above preventive Fire Safety Protocol.<\/p>\n
