{"id":2417,"date":"2025-01-09T11:57:13","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T11:57:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/irctcportal.in\/?page_id=2417"},"modified":"2025-01-09T11:57:13","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T11:57:13","slug":"water-vending-machines-at-stations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.reilsolar.com\/irctc\/water-vending-machines-at-stations\/","title":{"rendered":"Water Vending Machines at Stations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Water Vending Machines at Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Installation of Water Vending Machines (WVMs) at Stations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>GOVERNMENT OF INDIA<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>(RAILWAY BOARD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. 2020\/Catering\/531\/01<\/p>\n<p>New Delhi, dated: 08.07.2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>The General Manager,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>All Zonal Railways.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Chairman and Managing Director,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>IRCTC, New Delhi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Commercial Circular No. 16 of 2020<\/p>\n<p>Addendum No.1 to Commercial Circular No.36 of 2015<\/p>\n<p>Sub:<strong>\u00a0Installation of Water Vending Machines (WVMs) at Stations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ref: Board\u2019s Commercial Circular No.36 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015.<\/p>\n<p>As per Commercial Circular No. 36 of 2015, detailed policy guidelines for installation of Water Vending Machines (WVMs) over Indian Railways were issued and IRCTC had been mandated to install the WVMs at all categories of Railway Stations.<\/p>\n<p>References have been received from Zonal Railways seeking the Board\u2019s permission for Railways to install WVMs at Stations in order to expedite the process of installation of WVMs and meet the demands of passengers for purified drinking water at affordable price.
