The character can reach the highest level after eight adventures.<\/p>\n However, if the character moves from one profession to another frequently it will slow down the rate of advancement.<\/p>\n There are four categories in skills- Learned, Gifted, Patient, and Practice. The referee puts on the difficulty to the task that a character needs to complete. The difficulties are Simple, Difficult, and tasks. To determine success the player has to roll dice that are eight-sided.<\/p>\n In the game, there is only the combat skill of the player and no exact weapon. There are also no-hit points. The characters and their opponents have an adjective list that describes their health, which is divided into four-column which correspond to the severity of wounds\u00a0<\/b>received.<\/p>\n Instead of casting the spell that is pre-printed, the player tells the referee about the desired effect. The referee judges if their request is valid.
